UPDATES
After you remove the some viruses, you can't open any applications like Internet Explorer or Email. Download and install the correct EXE fix file above and you should be back and working again. You may need to download and save this file on another computer that has internet and move it over using the provided flash drive in the kit.
There is a new virus out called "System Fix" after you remove this virus with the kit, you when then need to download and run the "Unhide.exe" program above. This will make all your programs and files visible again. You when then need to browse to the C:\windows\smtmp folder and copy your files, folders and shortcuts back to your desktop and start menu.

 

 Open the start menu by right clicking on it and selecting "open". This will allow you a place to copy your start menu programs back over to.

Just copy your desktop files and shortcuts directly to your desktop.
